Thank you for shopping with The Molly Label. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.


Return Eligibility

We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Be returned in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be free of stains, perfume, makeup, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
  • Be returned with the original packaging whenever possible.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale items
  • Gift Cards
  • Swimwear with the hygiene seal removed
  • Bodysuits
  • Underwear & Lingerie
  • Earrings
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Beauty accessories
  • Items damaged through improper use or normal wear

How to Start a Return

Please contact our Customer Support Team before returning any item.

  • Reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions along with the correct return address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

  • An incorrect item received
  • A damaged item upon arrival
  • A verified manufacturing defect

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For your protection, we recommend using a shipping service with tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for packages lost during return transit.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.

Please include:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the product
  • Photos of the shipping package
  • Photos of the shipping label

Our team will review your request and provide an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.


Refund Process

After your returned package has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your payment provider or bank may require additional time before the refund appears in your account.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, cancellation requests can no longer be accepted.


Additional Information

Please note:

  • All returns require prior approval from our Customer Support Team.
  • Items returned without authorization may be refused.
  • Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery are not eligible for a refund.
  • Customers should package returned merchandise securely to avoid damage during transportation.
  • The Molly Label reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.
